I am an advocate for Push to Talk. I feel every one should subscribe to this from their carrier. Most of the cellular companies offer this service. It is not sold or advertised correctly though. PTT is half duplex which means only one person talks while the other person listens. Don’t you hate it when the other person tries to talk over you when you are finishing a sentence? Or when they HANG UP on you when you are saying some thing they are not ready to hear? Not possible with PTT. One other benefit is instead of uncomfortable pauses in a conversation you just wait till you have something interesting to say and then you PTT.
